Menu Plan Mia Zara 17.7.2013 (8 Ramadhan)


Sahur (5.15am)
HL Shake + 1 mug air



Berbuka Puasa (7.19am)
1 senduk nasi saja + isi ikan bawal (kuah 3 rasa - sikit2x ja amik) + telur asin (potongan kecik sangat) + sup sayur petola + murtabak daging ( 5 hirisan kecil) + 1 hirisan kecil agar merah + 1 mug air cincau + 1 mug air suam

8.30pm - 10pm
500ml H2o + Teamix




JADUAL WORKOUT (15 TILL 21 JULY)
15 July (30 minutes zumba gangnam style) + sit up (DONE)
19 July (30 minutes aerobic + sit up)
20 July (30 minutes areobic + sit up)
