No rice (ratah 1 ketul ayam goreng kecil + salad + tomato + sup kosong) + 250ml teamix

3.30 petang 
250ml teamix

5.00 petang
1 mug milo panas + Roti burger daging + timun + tomato
(masak daging dgn 1 teaspoon olive oil )

9.00 malam
1 gelas susu low fat milk

tima ksh sudi bertanya...kak mia dh jwp dlm entri hari sabtu pagi ni ya...akak dh x menyusu sejak anak 5 bulan..susu sikit je..akhirnya kering
