Menu Diet Mia Zara 10 Ramadhan (19.7.2013)



Sahur
HL Shake + 1 apple + 1 mug air





Berbuka
1 senduk nasi saja + ikan bawal kukus serai + ayam masak hitam kicap + sup sayur bayam merah + 2 creampuff kecil saja  + 1 glass boh tea vanilla flavour (less sugar) + 1 gelas air msk

After tarawih
Workout 30 minutes zumba dance

10malam
500ml H20 + teamix

10.30 malam
1 kuih keria saja



Workout minggu ni dah 2x buat - DONE
 30 minutes aerobic
