Menu Plan Mia -> Ahad&Isnin 6 - 7 July 2013


Hi,kawan-kawan,

Alhamdulillah perjalanan diet 1st week 90 Days LWC berjalan lancar. Mia rajinkan diri bangun seawal 4.30 pagi masak sendiri untuk bekal ke sekolah di saat2 akhir sebelum mula Ramadhan.Walaupun menerima cabaran sukar nak bersenam...hati mia tekad untuk mengubah alasan tersebut 


Senaman + Aerobic (30 minutes only)
*Atas nasihat doktor -mia pesakit arthritis
-Mia tetapkan seminggu 2x (Sabtu & Ahad)

Sit Up
- setiap hari 

Hari ni juga mia dh start park kereta jauh dr kelas & blok....hehe..mesti ada yg heran...tapi ble kte berjuang,kte kena lakukan!


Menu : Ahad (6 July 2013)

8.30 am (Sarapan)
HL Shake + 1 piring kecil jemput2x pisang

9.00 am 
250ml teamix

10.00 am - 10.30am
30 minutes (sit up+senaman)


2.30 petang (lunch)
1 senduk nasi + 1 bowl tom yam ayam  (dh letak sayur dlm ni) + 1 ikan tenggiri goreng + 250ml H2o

4.30 petang
250ml teamix

7.00 malam (dinner)
HL shake



Menu : Isnin (7 July 2013)

8.40 am (Sarapan)
1 mug Supreme Diet Biodex (Chocolate)


11.45 pagi (lunch at school)
1 senduk nasi + sup bayam (no oil) + 1 ikan tenggiri goreng masak asam pekat + 1 mug H2o

12.20 am till 5.00 petang
1 liter teamix


4.15 petang (snek)
makan buah dragon fruit + 1 mug h2o

7.00 malam (dinner)
HL Shake

*Senaman : sit up (8x)
