7.18am (Berbuka at Sweet Home JB)
1 senduk nasi saja + sotong goreng tepung + sup sayur bayam + 1 ikan kembung (kuah sambal sikit) + 2 mug Boh Tea Vanilla Flavour Less Sweet 

9.30malam
500ml air suam + teamix

Workout (30minutes only) after solat tarawikh - DONE
Zumba Gangnam Style Aerobics
