 makanan lunch (masak sendiri bw bekal)
 

7.10am (Sarapan)
HL Shake

12.00 tengahari (Lunch)
Koew teow goreng + 1 mug H20

8.00am till 5.30 petang
1 liter H2o + teamix peach

6.00 petang
1 piring kecil jemput2x pisang + 1 mug H2o

8.00-10.30 malam
1 mug low fat yogurt 'jambu batu'  + 1 mug H2o
