Menu Diet Mia 11 Ramadhan 20 Julai 2013


Sahur
huhu..terlajak tidur..x sahur pulak. mujur lps tarawih semalam dh minum air 500ml H2o


Berbuka - 7.19pm
1 senduk nasi + asam pedas utara ikan kembung + ulam-ulaman + sambal belacan + sotong goreng tepung (sikit) + 1 mug air bandung (no ice) + 1 lepat pisang + 2-3 hiris murtabak

Lepas tarawih 
400ml H2o + 1 mangkuk kecil mee kuah (habis la,...cheating weekend day!)

Workout ibu ada anak
Dah wat 2x this week-DONE
