Menu Plan Mia (1/7/2013 & 2/7/2013)


Menu Plan Mia (1 Julai 2013-Isnin)


8.30 pagi (Breakfast)
Herbalife Shake (2F1 Choc + 1/2 F3 + 200 low fat milk + 200 H20)


3.00 -4.00 petang (Lunch)
1 botol air mineral + Nasi (1 senduk) + 1 ikan cencaru (kuah sambal sikit) + sambal goreng + sayur bayam

7.30 am hingga 5.00 petang
1 liter (tea mix + H2o)

6.30 petang (Dinner)
1 mug Supremix Choc Biodex +  daging burger (goreng atas pan guna sikit je olive oil)

9.00 malam
1 glass of low fat milk (penting utk kalsium)

1.20 petang (Lunch)
1 botol air mineral + Nasi (1 senduk + ikan sardin)
*kalut pagi tadi..lupa nak letak ulam..huhu

7.30 am hingga 5.00 petang
1 liter (tea mix + H2o)

5 petang
1 apple


7.30 malam (Dinner)
Herbalife Shake (2F1 Choc + 1/2 F3 + 200 low fat milk + 200 H20)
