Mia Menu Plan & Workout Monday 7.5.2018



Mia masih mencatat lagi plan menu untuk hari ini..so let's see ok.


Sarapan - 8.30 am
Air 0 with 1 keping roti


Lunch - 12.40 tengahari
segenggam nasi + sayur sawi & carrot tumis air + 1 ikan nyok nyok goreng + 1 ikan kari (ratah) 


Dinner - 6.30 petang
segenggam nasi + sayur sawi & carrot tumis air + 1 ikan goreng



Evening Workout (30 minit)
(zumba)

*Target air 0 dalam sehari 2.5 liter. Minum air 30 minit selepas makan berat.
