Buah epal + air 0


1.15pm (Lunch)
Nasi segenggam + asam pedas utara ikan kembung + ulam + buah
 
Dinner (6.00 petang)
Nasi segenggam +  asam pedas utara ikan kembung + sawi masak kicap

Target air kosong :  2 liter perday


15.5.2018 (Tuesday)


Sarapan - 6.45 pagi
1 mug milo 0 panas dan 1 roti wholegrain



11.am
Buah pear



1.15pm (Lunch)
Nasi segenggam + tomyam ikan with carrot + 1 biji pisang


Dinner (6.00 petang)
Nasi segenggam + tomyam ikan with carrot+ ulam

Target air kosong :  2 liter perday





 Workout setakat ini :-

Ahad : aerobic dance + squat

Isnin : Off
 
Selasa : aerobic dance 


Rabu : Fokus : 25 senaman perut
