Menu & Workout (22/5/2014)


Sarapan
HL Shake (lebihkan air 0)
  
10.15 pagi
3 keping roti jala (kecil) - gulai amik 2 sudu besar sahaja + 1 gelas air masak

12.00 hingga 2.30 petang
500 ml air 0


3.00 petang (tapau ja dr sekolah..hehe)
hidangan seperti ditunjukkan gambar (lebihkan sayur..nasi 1 senduk kecil saja).

5.30 hingga 7.00 malam
400 ml green tea + 1 limau kasturi (diperah) + 1 roti wholemail grain





Workout (petang ) - 30 minutes DONE
senaman regangan + sit up + squat +aerobic dance
