Menu Mia (25/5/2014)



Week 2 Diet bermula...

Sarapan - HL Shake (no milk)

Lunch
nasi putih 3 sudu besar + 3 ketul labu kecil (kuah lemak x amik) + 1 ayam goreng kecil + 1 ikan gelama kecil goreng + 1 gelas air H20

Petang 
400ml green tea with lemon + 1 pinggan kecil hirisan mempelam

Dinner
1 roti wholemail grain + 1 telur rebus + sup sayur + 1 gelas air 0

8.30 - 10.00 malam
400ml h20
