Menu Diet Mia (26/5/2014)


Sarapan (8.20 am)
Hl Shake (no milk-lebihkan air 400ml H20)

10.10am
1 bowl laksam (lbh kurang gini kuantitinya) + 1 glass air bandung + 1 cawan air 0

11.40 am till 2.30 pm
400ml H20

Petang (3.00 petang)
Green Tea with 1 red apple

Dinner (6.00 petang)
Ratah lauk & sayur (tapau..hehe) - no rice 


Workout
Hari ni berehat dr workout setelah 3 hari berturut2x buat..bagi bdn rehat jap..t sambung semula.
