Menu Plan Mia 23-24 Ogos 2013


Khamis - 22/8/2013 (Last Puasa)

Sahur 
HL Shake +  1 mug air suam + 1 tart nenas (kecil)

Berbuka Puasa 
1/4 nasi putih + 2 ikan kembung kecil (sambal pedas) + sayur taugeh masak kicap 

8.00 - 10.00 malam
300ml H20 + teamix

Workout 
5x sit up + warm up + aerobic 20 minutes



Jumaat - 23/8 /2013

Sarapan - 7.10 am
HL Shake

Lunch - 12.30 tengahari
No rice + 1 ikan kembung (asam pedas-kuah) + 1 telur rebus + sayur

Dinner - 6.00 petang
1 mangkuk sederhana maggie (mujuq aku amik mee sikit,lebih byk bagi adik laki mkn..hehe) + 300ml jus tembikai ori (no sugar)

Workout
5x sit up
