Sahur
HL Shake + 1 kurma + 1 apple merah (blend ja semua)


Berbuka Puasa
1 senduk nasi + sayur bayam merah msk lemak (kuah x amik), 2 ikan kembung goreng,sambal belacan,ulam-ulaman,sotong masak asam kunyit + 1 mug air cincau (no ice)

8.00-10.00malam
500ml H2o + teamix (bancuh light tea ja) + 1 hiris kecil puding roti coklat
