Menu Diet Mia 28 Julai 2013 - 19 Ramadhan


*RED FLAG

Sahur (as usual even red flag) at 5.20am
HL Shakes + 1 kurma + 2 gelas air

Berbuka Puasa (as usual even red flag)




1 senduk nasi + ikan siakap 3 rasa + sotong goreng tepung + kailan goreng masin + 1 kurma

8.00 - 9.00 malam
2 mug air masak

Workout session 20-30 minutes
-sit up 8x
-warm up
-simple aerobic dance

10.00 malam
400ml H2o + teamix

ikan itu sungguh menggiurkan~ hehehe.
lebih kurang jugak menu kita.. cuma zura setakat nih mmg x amik kurma n nasi lah.. air masak plak paksan minum sekurang2nye 3L.. :)
